Country Resort Il Frassine, Rignano sullʼArno - Opis
The villa, named "il Frassine", is an historical house built during the eighteenth century, located in the Commune of Rignano sull'Arno, via S.Martino, at only15 km from Florence, the famous city of art.It is placed in a farm of 50 hectares and it is surrounded by a very large park with age-old trees, vineyards and olive-groves. The accommodation comprises the main villa and 2 independent houses. The structure provides 12 beds in the villa + 12 seats in the apartment. The old villa is furnished with period furniture, while the apartments are equipped with kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large garden with gazebo and private pool view balcony as well. The large garden of the villa has a beautiful swimming pool with gazebo, chairs and bar where guests can enjoy cocktails and dinner by the pool. Currently, the farm produces and sells local products like wine, olive oil, fruits and vegetables. Remarks: Rates do not include any local tax that have to be paid directly to the hotel in addition to the total cost.
