Three star newly renovated apartments centrally located in Madrid, not far from El Prado, the famous museum and the beautiful Parque del Retiro.There are apartments with one bedroom (sleeps up to 4 persons) and living room with sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person or apartments with two bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 persons) and a large living room with sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person and a small terrace. All the apartments have a bath/shower, wc and hairdryer. Also they have wireless Internet access (extra fee), air conditioning and cable-TV with DVD player, ironing facilities and a washing machine. All have fully equipped kitchens and the sitting rooms have a dining area. The apartments are cleaned before and after your stay.The keys to the apartment must be collected at the Old Town Apartments office located at Calle Bárbara de Braganza 12, ground floor, door E (Metro stop: Colón, approx. 3 minute walk to the office). Please call +34 667 570 988 one hour before arrival to arrange your check in. Office hours: Weekdays, 10:00 till 22:00, Saturdays, 11:00 till 19:00.
