Cleaning is done once a week for bookings from 7 nights. Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request at additional cost.In addition, all of the apartments offer, among other services, 24-hour electronic check-in – check-out, snack, lunch and dinner menu, option of a daily cleaning service, telephone assistance 24/7 in case of an emergency, concierge services during office hours, maintenance and electronic surveillance services, etc…Check-in time is from 3 pm. In the event that the apartment is ready before that time, we will gladly offer it to our guests. The check-out time is 12 pm. In the building our guests will also find lockers to leave their luggage as long as they needs.The nearest parking is just two minutes walking on Calle Rocafort 36, in order to book a parking space the guest should contact reception when proceeding with the booking. The space is limited and the parking lot is not guaranteed.No pets allowed without previous request and authorization.
