The hotel is set in acres of well tended gardens and woodland amidst the beautiful countryside of the Southern Cotswolds. It is located adjacent to the renowned Westonbirt National Arboretum, near Prince Charles residence of High Grove and 4 Km from the historic market town of Tetbury which is known for its many antique shops. The hotel is well located for exploring the surrounding countryside and attractive Cotswolds villages and towns.
Exterior
The original building is a traditional building, dating back to the 18th century. The main hotel building was added in 1928 and maintains the style of the former inn.

Restaurant and bar
The Beaufort Restaurant at the hotel is an elegant venue serving fine food. Its original period architectural features include an impressive hammer-beamed ceiling, wooden floors and grand bay windows that overlook the beautiful country gardens. The Beaufort Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner and serves fine English and Continental-style cuisine cooked using local Cotswold ingredients wherever possible. The hotel is also home to a lively English country pub with a friendly atmosphere and welcoming log fires during the cooler seasons. It is popular with locals and guests alike and offers a great selection of food. Breakfast at the hotel is served from 7.00am ? 9.30am Monday to Friday and from 8.00am -10.00am on Saturdays and Sundays.
