Hotel Britania is a pure Boutique Art Deco hotel in the historic center of Lisbon.Dating from the 1940âs and designed by the famous Portuguese modernist architect Cassiano Branco, the Hotel Britania is the only hotel of that period to have survived intact. Classified as an historic building, this small and unique hotel is located in a quiet street just off Lisbon's main avenue Avenida da Liberdade.The size and atmosphere of this hotel give it the air of an exclusive club in which each guest is a member warmly welcomed on arrival and sadly missed on departure.
