Establishment emblematic of the region, is at a place overlooking the calm at the mouth of the Ribeira das Maçãs on the beach on the north and Colares, Montserrat and the Serra de Sintra, to the south. The complex has two swimming pools supplied by the salt water (oceans): a pool with dimensions of a pool olímplica and the reception area of the falls and pool for children. In the surrounding areas there are places with grass and lounge chairs. Has 2 wings of apartments T0, T1 and T2, rooms with sea iews and mountain views. The apartments are equipped with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, lounge (with the exception of T0), satellite TV and sofas that can be converted into 2 beds, dining table, kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. The complex also has Snack Bar & Restaurant (in operation since July), coffee shop and meeting rooms / events, prepared to host 30 to 150 people. It has ample space for outdoor activities or different types of events up to 1500 people.
