The 11 apartments are housed in a renovated modernist building located in the centre of Barcelona and are ideal for enjoying a highly independent and relaxing break in the city. They are designed to accommodate up to 7 people, with all the amenities and equipment guests need. The apartments feature 24-hour customer service. Location
The apartments enjoy a central location, walking distance to the Famous Paseo de Gracia and perfectly connected. The Tetuan metro line (line 2) is opposite the building. From there guests can reach every part of the city. The famous Ramblas and the beaches are only 10 minutes away by public transport. The bus station is approximately 10 minutes walk and Barcelona El Prat De Llobregat Airport is around 15 km away from the establishment.

Rooms
The apartments have 2 or 3 bedrooms, all of which are spacious and charming. There are one or two complete bathrooms (in the 3-bedroom apartments). The bathroom comes with a shower and hairdryer and kitchens feature basic utensils, including a microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, etc. The living room has a double sofa bed and the apartments are fully equipped with bed linens, duvets and towels for every guest. Further standard features of accommodation units include a radio, WLAN Internet access and a TV with international channels, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a safe and a balcony or terrace. A cot and DVD player are available on request.

Notes
Having made a booking, guests should please inform the management as to their expected arrival time in Barcelona. They must call the telephone number appearing on the confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be met at the apartment. A breakage deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. A cleaning fee for stays of more than 7 days applies.
