These 14 charming suites were renovated in 2009 and are fully equipped. They can accommodate up to 6 people and offer an independence rarely found in conventional hotels. The establishment is fully air-conditioned and offers 24-hour reception, lift access and Internet access. Check-in is at 2 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Guests must contact apartment administration with a confirmed time of arrival prior to arriving to the apartments. Call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival time. Upon arrival guests should proceed to the Boutique Barcelona B&B at Pau Claris Street 145, entrance 1 to collect the keys to their apartment, directions, and a map of Barcelona. It is open 24 hours and is within walking distance of Passeig de Gracia metro station. At check-in there will be a refundable security deposit charged by credit card pre-authorisation. Cleaning service is not included in the price.
